Management Development Programme with BioOutsourceWe have recently completed a Management Development Programme with the middle management team at BioOutsource. BioOutsource is a Contract Microbiology Testing Lab offering an extensive range of GMP, GLP and GCP compliant services for virus safety testing and characterization of Biologics and Vaccines. Three one day workshops were delivered over a four month period, in-between which the delegates applied their new knowledge and skills gained to improve their management practice, through real life business challenges, case studies and guided reading. It was a pleasure to facilitate the recent celebration and feedback session where the delegates presented their successes during the programme to the senior management team along with their plans for the future which the business is committed to monitor and support.
