    Celebrating our 10 Year Birthday with a New Look Web Site

    It’s hard to believe that’s it’s 10 years since we started Enhance People Consultants. It’s been a fantastic journey so far, we have been fortunate to work with some truly inspirational clients on many exciting projects. We are very much looking forward to the next 10 years and to celebrate we are revamping our web site. We are working with Cygnus Extra who designed this lovely website for us 10 years ago. They are working with us to give our web presence a fresher look with links to Twitter and LinkedIn content plus more opportunity for us to provide updates on what we are up to and things we hope you will be interested in. We plan to be refreshed by end Nov 2015 so please come back and see what’s new.

    Developing Supervisor Management Skills with West Lothian Council, Building Services Team

    We are now just over half way through the development and delivery of a Supervisor Management Programme for West Lothian Councils’, Building Services team. Working with a team of middle management professionals we are supporting them to enhance their existing management skills. The team are taking part in a series of monthly workshops underpinned by in house senior management support and homework activities over 5 months. The programme will finish in April with a celebration and feedback event at Howden Park Centre where the delegate will reflect on their journey so far and outline how they will continue to develop their management practice over the next 12 months.

    Supporting Change and Growth for Bevan Healthcare

    It is a privilege to be working again with the fantastic team at Bevan Healthcare. Bevan Healthcare is a Social Enterprise, that provides responsive NHS General Practice services in Bradford, designed to meet the needs of people who are homeless or in unstable accommodation; those who have come to the area as refugees or to seek asylum and others who find it hard to access health care. As a result of their continued success they are moving to a spacious city center location. Through individual coaching and team change management workshops over a 6 month period we are supporting the team to maximise on the opportunities this move presents and to overcome any challenges that arise.



    East of Scotland Museums Partnership – MDP

    Over the last 6 months we have been working with a dynamic, engaged and skilled group of museum and gallery professionals, supporting them to enhance their management skills.  The participants have been on a journey from improved self-awareness using behavioural profiling through to maximising team performance by developing enhanced interpersonal skills focused around Emotional Intelligent practice.  The team have worked incredibly hard both during the formal workshops and on embedding their new learning in their own organisations.  We are very much looking forward to the November feedback and celebration event when the participants will reflect on their journey with their line managers and partner stakeholders.

    Working with Borders Railway Project

    Enhance People Consultants are delighted to be working with the talented Borders Railway Project team at BAM and Network Rail. They are building 30 miles of new railway connecting the Scottish Borders, Mid Lothian and Edinburgh in partnership with Transport Scotland, Scottish Borders, Mid Lothian and Edinburgh Councils. We have been facilitating a number of events with senior and middle management, supporting engagement, the celebration of success and the timely and effective management of challenges. It is a privilege to work with such a multidisciplinary project team who are passionate about delivering the Borders Railway Project to the highest standard. We look forward to continued involvement in future engagement activities as the project continues.
