    Working with Clancydocwra Scotland Sep-Dec 2010

    We are delighted to be working with Clancydocwra Scotland in supporting the development of its teams and business under the expert guidance of its newly appointed Associate Director.  Enhance People Consultants have been working with parts of the business since June 2009 and in working with the wider Scottish business hope to build on past successes.  Our remit is to support each business head to continue to develop their excellent teams, meet their business targets and respond to new opportunities.  This will be achieved through a range of 1:1 and team development activities across the business over the next four months.

    Resolving Conflict with Confidence

    Workshop, Thursday 16th September 2010, Edinburgh

    The experience we have gained working with our clients over the last 5 years continues to confirm to us the benefits of being able to manage challenging interactions effectively. If we are able to effectively manage the relationships we have with colleagues, staff and customers we personally feel more satisfied, motivated and able to perform well.

    That’s why we would love you to come along to our 1 day workshop on Resolving Conflict with Confidence on Thursday 16th September 2010 at the Apex Hotel, Waterloo Place, Edinburgh. The day will be a blend of skills, tools and knowledge on how to handle our most challenging interactions along with expert HR training on handling the Disciplinary and Grievance processes.

    Our aim is to get people mixing, have some fun and help you learn new skills. We are keen to keep the costs manageable for a wide variety of businesses. The cost of £100 +VAT per person includes a full day workshop, lunch and refreshments, and a workshop handbook to take away with you.

    Welcome to Our New Look Website

    To celebrate 5 years in business we decided to give our website a revamp. We think Mark at Cygnus Extra has done a fantastic job of interpreting our ramblings into a site with a more modern look.
